When it was around, they were pretty good. Pricey, but good. I'll miss them. They were the final location of Bone and Belly ramen before they went....belly up. ...sorry, couldn't help myself.

The food was always right about where I was looking to have some good takeout. The service was a little slow most of the time but always friendly and helpful. The ambiance is that if like a small dine in area in a cafe or something of the sort - not super inviting , but also not discouraging. I think this place is closed now??? No more phone number gets through and no online ordering available.

Love this lace. Large variety and great presentation. The bay buns are the Best I have ever had. This place gets busy and isn't very large. So not good for large parties.

Today's choice, Chicken Karrage Donburi. Bite-sized Japanese Fried Chicken soft Onsen tamago crispy yellow onions shredded Kizame Nori, Japanese Kewpie Mayo chopped green onions, Furikake, on top of steam fried rice. Wow, so good. A generous portion of chopped Japanese Fried Chicken over lots of rice. Even good for a hungry day. The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender when I bit into it. The flavor was unique and delicious. Definitely on my return list. RECOMMENDED

I wished I resides closer to this place! It's like three restaurants in one. Ramen, burgers, and Hawaiian menus all under one roof. I could come back again and again and try so many different things. Across the menus, all the items have a bit of Asian fusion flare with emphasis on Japanese and Korean: wagyu beef, bulgogi tacos, kimchi burger, chashu sandwich, etc. Just reading the menu, I'm salivating and considering when I can get back there. On this occasion, I opted for a premium burger, the Big Boy Burger ($22.50). It's a half pound beef patty, marinated short rib, bacon, cheese, and teriyaki. To compliment it, I added the truffle furikake fries ($2). And for the road, I threw in the kalbi short rib bun ($10.50). On a fairly non-busy afternoon it took a good minute for the order to be ready, but for what came out, it was totally worth the wait. Mouth watering, juicy, flavorful burger and baos that fully satiated every tastebud. For the food that comes out of this kitchen, I could see this business as a full service higher end restaurant. Yet, the establishment presents itself as a local takeout spot. Nonetheless, I'm definitely bookmarking for another visit.

Overall: 3.9/5 (UberEats delivery) 1 lb Korean Fried Wings ($16.50): I was worried the wings would be dry with no marinade but they did toss them in a light sauce. The wings were probably the best item of the night but they don't compare to the ones you get at a Korean Fried Chicken place. Their pickled radish & carrots were sliced thin and not the cubed radish you usually get but they were still refreshing nevertheless. Kid's Mochiko Chicken Bowl ($6.50): Good portion for a kid's size. It was one large mochiko chicken katsu cut into pieces laid on top of a bed of white rice. Very basic bowl. There was nothing special about the chicken. It didn't have any flavor of its own and wasn't crispy due to the sauces + no air ventilation. Maitake Wings ($12): This sounded a lot better than it tasted. The mushroom wings were not crispy at all and some had too much batter. However, the yuzo miso dressing was amazing and made the wings tasted better. Chashu Pork ($2): They look like bacon strips and were full of umami but a bit too salty. Kalbi Short Rib Bao Buns ($10.50): Each order comes with 2 bao buns. The buns were lightly fried which gave it a nice texture. The kalbi was flavorless though.

8 Kitchen has been on my to go lists for restaurants in Las Vegas. My husband and I stopped by the Coffee Press in Henderson. Afterwards, we decided to grab dinner at 8 Kitchen around 3:30 P.M on a Thursday. There weren't too many people inside the restaurant. There was plenty of tables and booths available. It was pretty warm inside the restaurant though! Once inside the restaurant, the team members provided us with a menu. We then went ahead and selected a open table. When you're ready, you can place your order at the register. There are 3 different restaurants inside 8 Kitchen: Bones & Belly Ramen, Food & Fare, and 808 Eatery. After reviewing the menu, we had decided to order the following Shoyu Chicken Ramen: Flame Grilled Chicken, Soft Onsen Tamago, Crispy Yellow Onions, Market Fresh Vegetables, and Egg Noodles in a flavorful Shoyu based Chicken Broth Vegas Golden Knights Burger: Premium 1/2 Black Angus beef patty, fried egg, crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, and pickles on a potato hamburger bun with Truffle Furikake Fries. We waited about 20 minutes for our meals. The Shoyu Ramen was a Paitan style, creamy ramen. I typically prefer the plain shoyu ramen. Unfortunately I couldn't eat it. If you like the Paitan style shoyu ramen, you'll like the version at 8 Kitchen! My husband enjoyed the Vegas Golden Knights Burger. It was one of the best burgers he has had in awhile! The best dish though was the Truffle Furikake Fries! The French Fries were perfectly fried and had a ton of seasonings on them! Overall, we enjoyed 8 Kitchen. We're located out in the Northwest Las Vegas, but if we're in Henderson again, we would go back to 8 Kitchen!

3 delicious test kitchens in one! 8 kitchen houses bone & belly ramen, food & fare and 808 eatery all in this one spot. I came by on a weeknight to give them a try. The inside has about 8 tables or so and they fill up pretty fast. They also have a small outside patio area. Upon entering you order at the register and they bring your food out to you. We wanted to try a little bit from each menu so we went with a ramen, a burger and the Hawaiian chicken. Everything was really good so it's hard to but a winner. The burger was huge & juicy! The chicken was perfectly crispy & I loved the Mac salad and kimchi with it. The ramen with the pork belly slices was chefs kiss. All winners for me. I wish this place was closer to me I'd probably be here once a week. I'm excited to see what new menu items they come out with next!
